CONSTITUTION

The 5 Dimensions Trust is a charitable company limited by guarantee, registered in England and Wales,  and was set up by a Memorandum of Association on 1 September 2018.

The principal object of the academy is to provide educational services.

The Trust is led by Members and a Board of Trustees, all of whom have extensive experience of education and corporate governance. Each academy within the Trust has its own local governing body.

Members

Members' Liability

Each member of the charitable company undertakes to contribute to the assets of the charitable company in the event of it being wound up while they are a member, or within one year after they cease to be a member, such amount as may be required, not exceeding £10, for the debts and liabilities contracted before they ceased to be a member.
