The 5D Professional Development offer delivers a dynamic range of leadership and professional development programmes throughout the year. These include national initiatives like the National Professional Qualifications (NPQs), as well as SSAT-accredited courses focused on pastoral leadership and regional programmes that support educators from underrepresented backgrounds.

We’re also highly experienced in school-to-school support, designing tailored training for schools both nationally and internationally. Our bespoke offerings—like the Effective Teaching Programme and Support Staff Leadership Programmes —empower educators to strengthen classroom practice and build leadership capacity across a whole school.
