Jez Bennett – Principal, Leadership and Training Centre

Jez brings decades of experience as a headteacher, governor, and senior leader in secondary education. With a deep passion for unlocking leadership potential and advocating for the arts in education, he blends strategic curriculum expertise with creativity and inspiration. As a practising musician—performer, conductor, composer, and teacher—he believes the arts have transformative power to enrich schools and drive personal growth. His work champions leadership development through culture, innovation, and collaboration.

Elizabeth Jobling - Trust Director of Professional Development

Elizabeth’s career is rooted in the development of others. An accomplished Senior Leader, Advanced Skills Teacher, and facilitator, she brings sharp pedagogical insight and creative problem-solving to her practice. Her unwavering belief that everyone can become “the most amazing version of themselves” fuels her approach to CPD. Inspired by Oscar Wilde’s declaration that “those that live within their means suffer from lack of imagination,” Elizabeth promotes bold thinking and empowers colleagues to teach—and lead—with purpose and creativity
